I was not told the truth about the 2016 GMC Torrain when I purchased it. I was informed it would be titled a new vehicle not a used one and also I was informed it would be 0 financing, which was also a lie. It was my first time there and will be my last time. I was lied to, too many times. I will never say a good thing about you to anyone. Not even to my worse enemy.
Called to make appointment for an inspection,they were able to give me an appointment that evening- even though I worked until 7pm! Employees were very friendly. Service was speedy!!! I was there only about 20 minutes!!!

I asked they not reset my tire pressures when doing tire rotation, but they did anyway. I dropped it at 5:00pm for a 5:30 appointment. I called at 8:00pm to check status (they never called) and they told be service was complete. I got there and had to wait for the paperwork to be completed yet. When I went to check out my bill was higher than expected. Brought it in for Goodwrench and Go (oil and tire rotation) and the bill exceeded that. However, after questioning the bill it was adjusted accordingly. They were way overbooked in repairs for the evening.
