There is a major design flaw in your trunk as the loop that is to be used to access the spare tire interferes with the latch resulthng in a message on the screen that the trunk is not closed - of course it isn't....I WAS THE ONE WHO FOUND THIS FLAW NO THE TECHNICIAN TO WHOM YOU OAY A SALARY!!
It also took him - nice man - way too long to return my radio to receiving NPR ONLY and no Sirius which I do not want at all but can't seem to get rid of.
I have always had good service and experience with Jim Murphy. My whole family has their vehicle from Jim Murphy and I always recommend other people to go there. I have never had better service than them.

I had some concern that the stable control wasn't working properly and had the service dept check it out. As it turned out it is working just fine , I misunderstood the book in that section. The Jim Murphy service dept people are nice folks to deal with.
overall experience was great except there need a to be a better process to welcome customers to the service department. you don't know what to do when you arrive and of the only service person is assisting another person your just left to your own devices

Peter Gemmati is my service advisor. Pete and his team always provide me with the best service and do everything they can to answer any questions that I may have. I rarely do reviews, but Pete and the team here deserve it. Always prompt service and a job done right. Hands down best automotive service experience I have ever received!
First off I would like to say that everybody was very friendly and professional right from when I called for an appointment to receiving my vehicle when the service was completed. The service department gave me a timeframe which was done a lot sooner and was appreciate it.
