My salesman, Phil Sigouin was very courteous, helpful and answered all my questions regarding the Enclave. Went through all the features the car had before I drove out of the dealership. I would recommend Phil and Jim Murphy to any of my friends if they wanted to buy a buick.

I had an oil change, tire rotation, an NYS inspection...The waiting area is very nice...I have been in some pretty bad non GM dealerships and their waiting area was horrible but all the GM areas are very comfortable for their customers....
Been to the dealership five times to fix my windshield squirters fixed. Sat three hours for a five minute fix. I was told they were fixed. On the way home I tried the squirter's out. Didn't work. Went back to the dealership. They found out that they didn't work to. Had to leave my new car there to see if they can fix the car. I am ready to put a claim for the lemon law. Had the car for only six months and been back to the dealership Five times. Now I have a loner car until I get my car back. I am fed up with Jim Murphy Buick.

Fast inspection and oil change. Very nice service rep, accommodating waiting room. The only thing I woud suggest is some healthy snack choices like bananas, apples and maybe instead of donuts some wrapped muffins. There were two old donuts in the box.
