Dan was very friendly and informative. It was a pleasure to deal with him. This was also the quickest service visit I have ever had! 45 minutes it took from the time I pulled in untill the time my truck was done. Stopped in for tire rotation and oil change. Last two time a it took 2 hrs and 15 min and 1hr and 45 min. To be fair, one of those times was for an oil change and a recall. But very happy with the quick service this time.
Brett Christian has been my car salesman for the past 2 years and he is an amazing professional. He knows the cars and products; he understands financing; he steps you through the process, answers all your questions, and finds the answers he doesn't have. I can trust him completely to understand my needs and he never tries to sell me something I don't want. I have referred 3 family members and one friend to Brett at Jim Murphy GMC Buick on Walden Ave. in Cheektowaga and every one of them has been happy with their deal. I will never buy a car from anyone else!

I have been leaseing cars for sometime now and also love the experience of the auto shop service. Pete has been an outstanding service greeter as far as getting me in for my appointments in the early am as I needed to be to work by 7am. This past week I have found out that Pete was gone. Sorry to hear that. I made my appointment with nick for 6:15. I explained to him the situation and he allowed this time for the service. However, nick was not in on time for my appointment. I had to wait till almost 7am to have my car brought back for service. I have to say, Eric was on time and ready for my car. I have never had a bad experience, but this was my issue this time. I am overall please on my service that Eric provided. I just wish it could have been at 6:15 am like the appointment that was scheduled.
