This is my first time going here. After going to a couple different dealerships I was losing hope in car salesmen, but when i came here I was greeted by Kevin Newkirk who was a relief. He thouroughly explained the cars, took his time with me, and answered my many questions. Best of all-- he was not too pushy, which had turned me off from another dealership. The customer service alone made me know that I would be buying a car from there. I fell in love with the Buick Encore and GMC Terrain and ended up going with the Terrain.

On 3/13/2020 my car gave me notifications regarding breaks. I Knew it was not our breaks we just had nys inspection 1 10 20. When I called Buick dealer I read him the alerts on car. He said you were all full & would have to make Mon. appt. But when I explained I have a friend in car and I was afraid to drive he said bring the car in & he will take a quick look We arrived he did a quick check. Then had a mechanic look it over & said good thing we came in it was a leak in the break line. Imran Syed showed me the problem. He explained very clearly and calmly we could have lost breaks. He offer to start fixing my car and it would be ready Fri, or Mon. I explained we only have 1 car this week end and really need our car. But I knew how busy your staff is. He found a driver in van to not only take me home but my friend who lives on the way to my house. I thanked Imran Syed for all he was doing for me in a very professional and caring way. The van driver was Great. Got us home safe and sound. Imran Syed called to say the SUPER mechanic fixed our problem. They test drove the car and it was ready to be picked up. We had an emergency dr appt at 5:15 and could not make it. He suggested picking up our car Sat morning you had open hrs. We did receive our car Sat . We are very happy with the GREAT TEAM effort of your staff. All the way from Imran Syed who was wonderful, caring, professional and thoughtful to our needs. To the wonderful professional mechanics you have on staff. We know when we bring our car in as we did 1/10 & 2/4 & 3/13/2020 we would receive SUPER service. And that includes the Van driver that brought us home. The clerk would was very friendly with a smile that made us feel welcome. Your should be proud of your super employees for projecting your company's helpful and knowledgeful talents. Thank you Mr. Murphy for hiring the best. We have been with your dealership for a long time. Ever since you took over from Paul Batt and that was a while ago. Keep up the great work. PS By the way Zach Riehle was our service rep 1 10 when we brought car in for inspection. He along with all your Service Reps are also very helpful.
