Check engine light on during first 25 miles driven but taken care of by Service Department with-in of one hour of bringing in "Mass Air Flow Sensor Defective". Selecting color and interior for new Canyon took some time, knowing where vehicle was located is easy these days with access to internet but being told truck was found with-in 650 mile radius didn't sit to easy with me but I know the sales game. Greeting as soon as I walked in and sales representative did a great job, no push but wanted me to take of advantage of employee discount for month of January, which did work out, have been happy with how everything worked out so far.
Very happy with experience. Phil did an Excellent job. He never seemed pushy as some salesman do and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure my experience went well. Also, while Phil was off, Brennen did a great job to make sure I was taken care of.
I was concerned with the price that I paid for the Tune-up. I was concerned with the price of labor and the price of parts that it says that used on my GMC Yukon/Denali. The breakdown on the receipt that was given to me is a bit confused. The work that was done can not be commented on at this time because it is only with time driving my GMC will I be able to tell whether if it all was correct. The work done was Wheel alignment, Tire rotation, the filters where change which I really can't tell the difference at all, The only one that I was able to see was the oil change that I knew needed to be done. I can't really give a proper grade on something that I'm not sure. Thank You for the survey.
Very friendly and not push with sales. Only complaint is my 50,000$ truck was missing a small cover off the driver seat belt. I took a picture and sent to my sales guy. He was on it to get it ordered and make it right for me.
