They knew they did not have the parts to deal with both recalls and let me trek out to the dealership anyway and waste a Saturday morning. I will now have to do this again. This shows no respect for my time.

The service experience at the detail shop was great. The technician's are very knowledgeable and helpful! I did ask the individual cashing me out about the Buick Reward program and she had no knowledge of it and referred me back to the detail shop technicians. There is a sign right in the waiting area about it, I just think it would help for all staff to be educated about the program. This does NOT impact my experience at this location and I would definitely go back there and recommend it, but it did turn me away from using my reward certificate because I did not have time to go back to the technician area and "deal" with it.
Quick and easy, owner's son Brandon came out to talk to me and make sure everything was going good and i had everything I needed to work while they worked on my car. Great service, best I ever had w a dealership. Very happy that I bought from them.

My salesman Phil has given me the best experience ive ever had buying a car. I feel like im in good hands and really do trust them. The service has been absolutely great and they treat you very fairly. The only bad thing I can say is pertaining to your finance department. Cory has been extremely hard to get a hold of and never responds to voicemails. Im still waiting for a call about new warranty information, and its going on 2 weeks. I really wanted to try and set up a different payment method but I literally gave up trying because he would never call me back
