Real problem with down shifting in Lacrosse 2012. Told that this is "normal" which I still don't understand. Did Buick do this on purpose? What is the reason that this was continued I later Buicks? If you really think this is not a problem that will cause future and expensive repair, then put it in writing and not the writing that finish "at this time." Thanks.
