it was easy to set up appt. and when I met service advisor, Imran Syed , he was very professional and diagnosed the problem but it was until the the tear down that we seen the extent of the problem.parts were ordered and delivered in a timely fashion. Overall the Service Dept. seems like a well oiled machine

the tech who took my car in was polite and helpful. I asked him which postcard deal would be best for me.. He immediately showed me which one to use..At first I was going to get my free car washed but the rain and wait time was too long. He failed to give me back my coupon but in his defense I failed to ask for it back.

One of the best Service departments I have ever Dealt with. I think that’s because it is the same 2 guys you are talking to every time you come in and they know you by name/vehicle. Do wish that the techs would put my seat back after they move my truck outside. I understand that I’m short but they could get it closer to we’re I had it.
