We are always treated like family at the Jim Murphy dealership. They are always willing to help make the best deal for us and them. There is never a problem with the service we have had from them over the years.
Entire appointment went very smoothly from checking in until checking out. I am always able to check in very quickly. I got an inspection, tire rotation and oil change. Service rep explained that I would soon need tire alignment so I decided to do it then. He told me it would take an hour but it only took about 30 minutes. Everyone in the service department is cheerful, helpful and there are plenty of things to read along with a large flat screen tv in the waiting room.
I had an appointment and decided to drop my vehicle off earlier than scheduled time. I left the dealership with the understanding that I would be called once my vehicle was done but received no call. I decided to go back to see if it was ready after 2.5 hours and it was. No explanation, no nothing. I thought that was crappy. I know it doesn’t take 2.5 hours to do an inspection and oil change.

Service for the "Check Engine Light". Part had to be replaced in fuel tank. "Check engine light" has not come back on. Driver's side sun visor would not hold position. Had to have the tensioner replaced. Radio volume adjustment for speed did not appear to be working. I don't think it worked since day 1. And it is still not working!!

Everything went well. I go for the service prepared. I am in no hurry. One thing stands out, why do I have to look around the parking lot to find my vehicle. To me it should be close to the door. Other then that I am satified.
