I was experiencing my heater not working all the time in my car. The Thermostat needed to be replaced. It took about an hour. The waiting area was comfortable with social distancing and masks required. Imran was friendly and efficiant. We talked the day before aboutthe probable cause and he made sure the part was there for my appointment.. Very satisfied with Jim Murphy Buick GMC and their service group.
