My experience was basically uneventful. The service writer was professional and courteous.he took the time to explain my option, length of time and cost. But the service cashier left a lot to be desired. She did absolutely nothing while I was waiting for my car, which took approximately 2 an 1/2 hours to 3 hours. I could see her from the waiting room. She was unfriendly and only said yes or no, gave me my receipt. She wouldn’t even look up from the desk. You could feel the coldness. Not even a smile. She definitely had a chip on her should. My bill was over $600.00. I could have gotten “have a nice day”
