I purchased a used Buick Regal in April of 2015 and a new Buick Envision in Sept 2020 from Kevin Newkirk, excellent and honest salesman. The customer service has been excellent from the service team. While I have had no repairs on the new Buick in 5 years I schedule oil changes and yearly inspections with them. They greet you at the door and answer all questions.
